[pmmail-list] KERNEL32.DLL from Windows 95 OSR2

When trying to run PMMail 2000 on Windows 95, there was an error reported about a function (GetDiskSpaceExA ?) not found in KERNEL32.DLL.  I looked around, and found that it had been updated with that function in OSR2, which is an OEM update to Windows 95.  That means I cannot download the update.  PMMail did not specify a particular level of Windows 95, so why is it using an enhanced function?? 

Any suggestions?  (No, I'm not upgrading Windoze.  It's my mother's computer.)
