[pmmail-list] another beta bug

I can send a 2+mb attachment to an email, and whether it is that big,
or just a 2 liner email, it pops red into outbox for 1/2 nanosecond,
then goes immediately to sent box.  Used to be I could send a batch
of 2-6 emails and they would que in the outbox until the previous one
was fully sent; no more!  This is a new phenomena with 2.20.2501
beta.  

It will be nice to fix this.  It is nice to see an email in the
outbox until it is actually fully sent like it used to be.  There are
times I need to kill one before it goes.
