The "Filter builder" under "Tools" does this.

This is provided for the "Move message", "Copy message" and similar
operations.

Well, except the ability to create a new folder.

And for PMMail folders, not for file directories. To add a browsing
capability for the latter would be nice.

You can change the priority of the message ("Set priority"). High priority
messages are highlighted.

As said above, the "Filter builder" under "Tools" picks up some header
information from the current message to be used in the filter. So the two are
different.

   What do you mean?

You can put a password on the account in PMMail so that this account can be
accessed in PMMail only after entering the appropriate password. You can
configure this in the Account properties, under "Preferences" (at least so it
is called in the OS/2 version).

Besides, this does not have to do with filters.

This, again, does not have to do with filters, except that it can be
provided by a filter. You have not explained what you want to be in the log. I
agree, a log of incoming and outgoing messages could be nice. You can add this
by configuring a filter or by the appropriate user hook in the account
properties.

You can change the priority by the "up" and "down" buttons at the bottom
of the Filter list.

I think it is OK. I would like some additions, though, and have asked for
them in earlier messages to this list.

Yours,
