I am using PMMail 2000 Professional (2.20.2661) For Windows 2000 (5.0.2195;3)

Here is one filter I use that is set to move incoming spam message to trash where I review before emptying... it does work for me:

(!((h.to="amcl@sover.net")|(h.cc="amcl@sover.net"))&!(h.from="amcl@sover.net")) | h.subject="[Spam?]"

My ISP uses SpamAssassin on the server side and I have it set to flag spam with the text, [Spam?] in the subject line.
