[pmmail-list] send email from Opera

unfortunately, i can't confirm this behaviour.  mailto: links in
opera 6.05 work as they should and open a pmmail 'new message'
window in the foreground.  the pmmail application itself remains in
the background.  

i'm using pmmail professional 2.2.2661 and win2ksp3.  a difference
however is that i've never had to do 'the FAQ 26 (win)'.
