What kind of filtering are you doing? I have the same problem with the
current version of my blacklist checking filter (developed from my version of
Menno Tillema's filter). When I stop PMMail and restart it, the message is
being received without problem. It seems to me that there is a problem in
timing (the PROGRAM-tag filter taking more time than allocated) or
coordinating the filtering between several accounts. Now, this P-filter also
writes to a common log file for all accounts, and I don't know if that is
causing problems. But a few minutes ago, this problem occurred again, and the
filter found a suspect message to be recorded in the log file only for one
account.

The CTRL-K to abort a retrieving operation which the Post Road Mailer had
would be handy in PMMail for this kind of problem.

  What does that mean?

I'm using, as everybody can see from the headers, OS/2 version 2370 (BTW,
why is this version no longer available from the download site?)
