True, but is that so often that simply typing out the address is a chore ?    I have used Agent since 1995 and never used the address book facility.   If I have wanted to forward something, I simply 
used cut and paste to put the relevant text in an email via PMMail.   Most of my info comes via mailing lists these days anyway - e.g. comp.os.os2.misc has been nothing but an irrelevant, bad 
mouthed disgrace for months/years now, with a signal to noise ratio that is so low it doesn't get above the horizon.

While I like simple packages e.g. separate email and newsreader, browser for browsing only, in terms of market penetration I believe the only real way forward (in the business sphere) for PMMail 
is to have a package with a comprehensive range of addressing facilities and books, together with some sort of organiser/diary/scheduler.  It is this that is letting Outlook into businesses, with 
scant thought being given to security e.g. against virus transmission..
