[pmmail-list] PGP update

[PMMail 2000]

Well, needless to say there were a lot of changes with this new SDK, a
lot more that we initially realized. Many of the processes that worked
fine before are still available in the SDK, they were simply deprecated
or perform different functions. We have narrowed things down to a
display issue with the keys presented in the 'enter passphrase' dialog
and another issue with key addition.

I apologize that I don't have a new build today, but the last build
Peter made was full of debug options put in just to verify other fixes
we made. We should have a new build in the morning and hopefully a
final build by the end of the day.
