That's exactly why I populate my mru file with my most used addresses
and then make it Read Only.  It increases the chance that the address I
want will pop up instead of some garbage address automatically inserted
into the mru file by PMMail.  Alternatively, I suppose you could   
empty your mru file and the make it Read Only so that auto-complete
would only draw from your address book.
