[pmmail-list] Two copies out of sync, how to fix?

I've stupidly managed to get two installs of PMMail out of sync.
Each one has newer messages not in the other. :(

After realizing this, I used Vice-Versa to copy all unmatched .MSG
files from the desktop install to the notebook install. And if I
re-index a given folder, those files will re-appear. Is there any
way to re-index an entire account in PMMail, without doing each
folder and sub-folder in turn?

And what about re-named folders? Is there some way for PMMail to
detect this?

Finally, I didn't copy .BAG, .UCT, .INI, .LOG, .SNP, .LST, or .HDR
files (not even sure what they all do). Some are newer on the
desktop, some are newer on the notebook. Should I be copying the
newer ones? Can I delete some or all and will PMMail recreate
automatically?

Any advice will be most appreciated! :(
