[pmmail-list] Rex script to incoming messages to folder?

Does anyone have available a Rexx script to save incoming messages in the
format used by PMMail's internal save command? I'd like to be able to
easily collect my various digests and take them to work to read in a text
editor. I can't just copy the *.msg files because the Windows 2000 system
there won't recognize .msg files as plain text (which is the format I need)
because that suffix is already owned by Outlook. Changing the filename
suffix doesn't work because the system recognizes the email headers
somehow as message files. (In other words, I've already tried taking the raw
.msg files and renaming them; doesn't work.)

If anyone has already tackled this problem and has a script available, I'd
certainly appreciate a copy.

As to the earlier discussion of external readers for html messages, an option
I like for Windows is the stand-alone version of Total Commander's lister
program. This is available at http://www.ghisler.com/addons.htm . It
displays html as if it were plain text, but with hyperlinks. Very small and
fast, perfect for getting work done. (Just like Total Commander.)

Thanks,

Pat
