I have to agree.  I have been amazed by the stability of NTFS.  I've
used it on a Win2k system that I regularly abuse with beta and other
strange software and yet I've never lost any data due to a crash.  The
other big advantage is the time it takes to run chkdsk on a large
volume.  What takes just seconds on NTFS can take 20-30 minutes on
HPFS.
