Seems like my own SA removes the previous SA headers then, and replaces
them with its own.

Depends how you filter, personally I don't use the X-Spam-Status: header
and instead use the X-Spam-Level: header because it makes it much easier
to spot the number of hits. Different accounts use different thresholds
for action, it means the main SA hits level can be left constant.

But it's all personal preference isn't it.

If the list is getting this sort of stuff in the headers I would suggest
they switch to using:

report_header 1

use_terse_report 1

in the SA local.cf file
