I only had a problem when I decided to start filtering the bounced
messages (the fallout from SoBig.F) from my mailing lists-- it took a
while for the filter to catch which was legit and which was spam.

I checked out one error, a one-liner from a friend, that got filed as
spam: it was keying on "aol.com" among other things. Certainly makes
sense. If there are persistant errors, or something like my wife's
emails from catalog stores that would *look* like spam to any
reasonable person ("Sale!") you can set up a "magnet" that just takes
a particular Subject: or From:, etc. , and classifies it accordingly.
