Yes, I do that now, but have about 30 filters.

I also have a few to filter HTML mail (main source of bots, spam and virii
these days, and automatically advise people on how to switch to ASCII (but
I would not want to re-open the war on HTML again folks<g>)

I find JunkSpy v2 especially with the most recent updates to be highly
effective. Look for an article in OS/2 E-zine soon on using JunkSpy to
filter at the server as a workaround for multiple accounts.

I neglected to say that on morning startup I use my ISPs web-mail interface
to clear out 80% of the day's junk without downloading it. As a result,
JunkSpy reports my junk ratio to be 22% - artificially low. It should be
closer to 50%. 

I also clear out the irrelevant threads from the many mail lists to which I
am subscribed - they can't be called junk, but on any general purpose list
there is mail one wants to read and mail one doesn't.
