[pmmail-list] Replying in PMMail

It's a while since I switched from PMM but it sounds as if you have the 
option to include the message text before the reply.

As memory serves you can set the option to start your message either 
before or after the included text, if you set it to before it creates a 
few blank lines at the top of the reply for you to start typing.

Mind you, it is a few months since I used it so my memory may well be 
faulty :-)
