[pmmail-list] Could send, cannot send now

I have PMMail 3.06 and it was working a week ago while I was on the
road when sending via wireless. It sometimes worked while using ethernet.
Since coming home, I can receive mail, but not send, via wireless.

I have looked at and changed:
  C:\config.sys
To load or not the ethernet driver
  C:\mptn\bin\setup.cmd
To only ifconfig wireless on lan1
To only ifconfig ethernet on lan0
To ifconfig both ethernet and wireless
  C:\mptn\etc\resolv2
May have changed while on the road
  C:\mptn\etc\resolv.conf
May have changed while on the road

I also have PMMail 2.20 and it can send.

I have two versions of eCS installed on this machine. I normally use
1.2, but have experimented some with 2.0 beta 6.

If I boot eCS 2.0, then PMMail 3.06 can receive and send.

So, I have tried 3 combinations:

eCS 1.2, PMMail 2.20: receive and send
eCS 1.2, PMMail 3.06: receive, but no send
eCS 2.0, PMMail 3.06: receive and send

When I try to send, the status box in the lower right gets:
Resolving hostname (I think, since it quickly is replaced with next)
Connecting to server (I think, since it quickly is replaced with next)
Log on to server failed or aborted

Looking at Account Error Log gets nothing (it is empty).

Looking at Program log file shows:
