I don't send it all to my ISP -- only SPAM and, as I said, at the ISP's
request.

My filtering is both simple and effective.  There's one filter for each
folder or subfolder that moves a message, thereby ending filtering.
Next is the Spam filter which moves anything not to me to my "probably
spam" folder.  Finally is my Inbox filter that plays "You Have Mail."
