If you are using PMView v1 on Warp 4, you need to do the fix in the
file PRIMGFIX.ZIP from somewhere on Hobbes for picture associations
to work properly (they don't just use the association mechanism). 
You can also find ASSOED20.ZIP which contains a useful association
editor which helps fix other association problems.
