Well... I feel a bit disapointed. The most annoying bug of PMMail 98
(extended character corruption in HTML messages) is not solved.. even when
this bug is number two on the 'known bugs of PMMail'
(http://www.southsoft.com/suppmmwinbugs.html)

Everything else looks like PMMail 98... I haven't found any significat
difference, other than a different logo...
