Yes.  Numerous users have reported this to PMMail tech support over the
last 18 months and it is listed as a bug on documents that were
presented to BSW last year.  Unfortunately, we have yet to receive the
courtesy of a response from BSW concerning bug fixes and updates so it
is unknown if or when this problem will be addressed.  The problem
occurs in PMMail/2 as well.
