Mailto: URL's

This is a known bug --a bug present since the beginning on PMMail 98. This is a problem with the poor linking to 
PMMail and the pmmailw.ini file.

Try the following as a temporary fix. Move the entire mail folder to a different path, then create a new mail account 
and copy back your mail files to the new account.
