This is true of any language. Problem is, I can't think of a single
reason why the task at hand couldn't have been done with the default
installation of either Perl or Python hence I am assuming the same is true for
REXX. The other situation I already covered, I can't think of any reason that
the task at hand is OS specific, either. The fact that there is a problem
because of a lack of libraries or incompatibility just reaffirms my faith that
REXX is just as piss poor as the day I had the displeasure of trying to
"program" in it.
