Well, we got that en proxy from different people. I don't see how Thomas
would make it sound any less like a shaft at this point.

Nah. Timeline isn't needed. A buglist is just a buglist and says nothing
for progress. Sales puffery would make me even more scared because I've had
too much contact with sales people in the past few years to trust anything
that ever comes out of their mouths.
But a report of what has been done shows progress and isn't fluff from
sales who's sole purpose is to BS people. We've had enough of that, we need
substance now.
