ADMIN: "not a moderator" messages.

    If you get any messages from Listar stating that you're not a moderator
that is me doing my behind-the-scenes admin work on the list and, for some
reason, the list thinking it is you doing it.  I'm working on the problem.  As
a result any messages hitting the admin filters might be lost do to human
error (mine).  :/
