Under some circumstances, there may be people with e-mail access, but
not full www access.
From time to time, my per_time-basis internet account expires, but my
monthly_subscription-basis e-mail account, not. I also have the
possibility to make a one-year e-mail subscription alone, with no www
access at all.
Knowing that, I generally tend to avoid sending www links to people I
have no idea if they can handle it.
