If you are referring to DLL files, there are two ways to do it:
1) boot to command line
2) use an unlock utility (look for lxlite on hobbes)
If you are referring to the binary INI files, use method 1 above. I use
ShiftRun, which means I don't have to fiddle with the Alt+F1 menu.
