[pmmail-list] PMMail Quits Working

For some reason, the program will not communicate with the mail
servers, in either the OS/2 or Windows versions (I have them both
operating out of the same directories so that I can access my messages
from either OS). This is a new problem; the process has been working
well for many days.

It is PMMail where the problem resides, because I can fetch and send
from another client.
