[pmmail-list] Filter h.to doesn't find second entry in list

   When the address which ist checked for in the filter is not the
first entry in the "To: "-header, the filter doesnt find it. 

   The filter condition is formulated as 

         h.To="ietf-charsets@iana.org" |
h.cc="ietf-charsets@iana.org" 

   Lately there have been instances where the To: header for that
mailing list (which unfortunately doesnt set the "Reply-To:
ietf-charsets@iana.org", so that a reply does go primarily to the
author of the message), so the To: header looked like: 

   To:  this.person@domain.tld, ietf-charsets@iana.org 

   with some freeform names interspersed, too. 

   Any solution?
