This problem with PMMail filtering has been previously reported to this
list. Apparently, the new beta versions have not yet corrected the
fault.

Check the header of this and other messages from the mailing list. You
may wish to try using the header <Received> field in your filter as
well.

Check your mailing list messages headers. Try updating your filter to
include a check of the header <Received> field i.e. (
h.Received="iana.org" ) or something similar.
