I'm running it under windows XP RC2 and I haven't had any issues with it, even using the built in PGP. 

I HAVE had issues with standalone PGP 7.03 though on WinXP.  The SDK service is disabled by XP because of some incompatibilities.

I assume that NAI is working this though... and I hope they will have a new version to fix this out soon.
