[pmmail-list] Windows XP

We had a user Mike Rowe (are you on the list?)  have  the following.  

-WindowsXP moves a lot of files around, and if you have PMMail set to set to PGP sign messages it may hang on sending.
What is happening is thatit is unable to locate the keyrings.  Updating the file path to the keyring's new location corrects the issue.
