[pmmail-list] more codepage problems

Hello,

It it continues that way, I won't be able to use PMMail for very
long... PMMail seems to be incapable of translating parts of
multipart/alternative parts contained in a main multipart/mixed
message.  These type of messages are now generated by our friend,
recent versions of Microsoft Outlook.  Any news on these issues?  This
is becoming unbearable... even if Microsoft is trying to break
everything at least _they_ still follow standards.
