As previously discussed on the list. Check the following Windows registry
key for the proper value. I suggest using /regedit/. As always, MAKE SURE
YOU BACKUP YOUR REGISTRY FILE BEFORE EDITING.

Key to check:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\PMMail\Protocols\mailto\shell\open
\command

Key value to look for (and edit): 

<path to PMMail>\PMMailw.exe /srd "%1"
