Yes it is ...

I'm almost tempted to dig out the original announcement and repost it ... so others can reread it and show me where it states that the OS2 
version of PMMail would *not* be getting this important update ... that due to market/developer conditions it's impossible to do ...

My reading skills aren't THAT bad ...
