Quotation style is one of those areas that often devolves into a holy
war, with both sides feeling that only they are correct.

When reading many messages back-to-back, the message-first, quote-after
method seems to work better.  In isolation, a well-edited
quote-then-respond seems to work better.

Either way, I think most of us are in agreement that we don't want to
read more quotation than response.
