[pmmail-list] Sort order of MOVE folder targets

And I just tested that on the PMMAIL/2000 latest beta and it seems to work that way now also. So I
was wrong about it still being broken in PMMAIL/2000. It seems pretty reasonable to wait till you
index or restart to put the folder where it belongs.
