[pmmail-list] Skip read on next previous - OS/2 only?

Am I blind or is the "Skip read on next/previous" setting only in the
OS/2 version?  I've gotten very used to using this under OS/2, and it's
really annoying not to have it under Windows.  If it's hidden
somewhere, can someone tell me where.  If not, please consider this a
request to add it.  It really makes reading mailing lists easier.
