[pmmail-list] PMMail doesn't generate Message-Id

RFC822 is obsolete replaced by RFC2822.
IAC 822 lists Message-ID as optional (sec 4.1 on p17)
RFC2822 says the field SHOULD be present so it is not mandatory (3.6.4)
and as a result it cannot require any particular agent to instantiate
it.
The Johnson book says that it should be inserted by the first MTA if
not done by the MUA which makes sense but you can not enforce it.
