When moving a folder containing one or more folders, the inner folder(s) lose
their messages.

   Folder1
      Folder1A
         Folder1B
   Folder2

Move Folder1A (drag-drop) to Folder2 so that it now looks like this:

   Folder1
   Folder2
      Folder1A
         Folder1B

Some or all of Folder1B messages will be lost - a reindex sometimes reports
fixing lost links or discarding broken links - When examined with explorer the
folder structure is correct. Restarting PMMail and reindexing finds and fixes
the message links.
