   This is because PMMail reads in the folder structure at startup and relates 
the PMMail folder numbers (contained in FOLDER.INI) to disk directories. 

   When you use means of the operating system to move directories, PMMail will 
register these changes really only after rereading the whole directory 
structure, and this is done only on startup.
