Why do you want this feature? IMO it's not necessary, since
PMMail "autosaves" messages being composed, so if PMMail (or
your system) crashes, the next time pmmail runs up, it prompts
you that messages were being composed and asks you if you wish
to continue editing or something.
At least the OS/2 version does anyway.
