[pmmail-list] incoming filter not working

Hi,
I=20have=20an=20incoming=20filter=20that:
1.=20Expands=20attachments=20to=20a=20certain=20folder
2.=20Runs=20a=204NT=20command=20prompt=20session=20with=20the=20startup=20=
configuration=20set=20to=20run
a=20batch=20file,=20which=20renames=20certain=20files,=20creates=20subfold=
ers=20for=20any=20ZIPs=20and
expands=20the=20ZIPs=20to=20the=20newly=20created=20folder.=20Finally,=20t=
he=20ZIPs=20are=20archived
elsewhere.
The=20second=20command=20(foreground=20hook)=20fails=20to=20execute=20on=20=
incoming=20mails,=20but
works=20OK=20if=20I=20apply=20the=20filter=20manually.=20The=20appropriate=
=20boxes=20(Incoming=20and
Manual)=20are=20checked=20in=20the=20filter=20specification.
What=20can=20be=20the=20cause=20of=20this=20undesirable=20behaviour?
