[pmmail-list] Filter problem (os2 v2.20.2382)

I'm not sure if this has been discussed or not.

Sometimes, about once every 25 to 30 days, when I start PMMAIL/2 the filters will be ignored. This makes a mess 
of thing because I use filters to reject spam and everything ends up in the IN bucket.

Anyway, I can find no apparent reason why they get loaded and work probably 98% of the time and just 
occasionally fail.
