[pmmail-list] Missing URLs

Occasionally I will receive a message from someone [or via some
'Newsletters'] that have a line similar to:

	Click Here:  ...Interesting link...

but there is no 'link' to click on.  On the other hand, a lot of
similar messages actually contain the URL in place of the text or in
addition to the text.

Is this a problem with the sender's message format, or is it a problem
with the way PMMail/2 handles such messages?
