There is a small of app required which apparently doesn't work
with later versions of Netscape and would anyway need porting to
OS/2. Beyond my capabilities and sounds anyway like a kludge.

In the end no biggie. I've fixed the script I was using to just
bring up PMMail, ignoring the mailto: tag. Dragtext makes it
easy just to highlight the address on the html page and drag the
address into the PMMail address bar.
