Unfortunately, there's one other 'gotcha' that you have to be aware of.
On the Preferences page of the account Properties settings, there is
an option to "Preserve original message formatting when quoting."  When
this option is enabled, if you quote part of an HTML message when
replying to it then your reply will also be in HTML format.
