[PMMail 2000 Support]

Hello all,

After discussions with a very helpful trial user, we have found a
problem that may have been causing APOP authentication to fail on some
servers. It was actually a problem with PMMail not sending the MD5
response in lower case ASCII characters, thus servers that were in
compliance with the RFC's would not accept the login from PMMail. This
has been corrected and if you experienced problems, or if you use APOP
login at all, you may want to download this version since it brings
PMMail into compliance with 
1939.
