Actually I've been thinking about this too. My initial thought was
that the OS/2-version came first and it didn't have a common OS/2
UI, and when the windows-version came, it was just ported
straight-up, and thus the menu-row in windows doesn't follow the
general windows-standard. Or something. 8-)
