[pmmail-list] change mru file?

   Sure it does, but to the copy in PMMail's memory.

   Obviously PMMail reads the addr.mru file at startup of the program 
and uses writes its changes to the file at program termination. 

   It is better to edit the file directly only when PMmail is not 
running.
